The Personal Shopping service gives our busy clients the benefit of expert style advice and privileged access to a curated selection of the very best current luxury products. We are competent to shop with or without our clients present should they wish to save their precious time. 

Stage 1 :
A consultation will take place by telephone or in person at a place of your choice. This will kickstart the relationship between you and your Stylist and is a great opportunity to explore your tastes and preferences as well as understand your overall objectives.
Stage 2 : 
Your Stylist will draw on their experience and creativity to source and pre-arrange a selection of product amongst the private shopping suites and luxury fashion houses in London. Your Stylist will source specific items you may have been looking for and will present a variety of inspired product to enhance your wardrobe according to the overall vision set out in the consultation.
Stage 3 : 
Your Stylist will share a schedule with you, based on where the best product is ready and waiting. The day will be spent visiting the relevant stores to view and try the products. Everything will be readily prepared in your size. Your Stylist will be on hand to guide you through the essential pieces, spontaneously stylise chosen items, put a variety of looks together and work with you on sizing and fit. In-house tailors, refreshments and delivery services are all facilitated by your Stylist in order to create a seamless, hands free shopping service. 

With notice we can request out of hours access to the stores if required. Alternatively our Stylists have the facility to present product to you at your home, office or hotel. Please specify at the time of booking.

A digital Lookbook of how to wear your new purchases can be supplied and quoted on request.

Wardrobe Editing

The Wardrobe Editing service is a dream come true and takes the hassle out of every day dressing. Our Stylists have many years experience of de-cluttering, cleansing and throughly reorganising wardrobes of all sizes around the world. We have experience working multiple wardrobes at a time should you need a total overhaul and want to reorganise across all of your homes, domestic or abroad.

Stage 1 :
A consultation will take place by telephone or ideally in person at your home. This will kickstart the realtionship between you and your Stylist and be a great opportunity to better understand your reason for the edit. We can explore your shopping habits, your desired outcome and your lifestyle needs to help curate a user friendly, go-to dressing space.
Stage 2 : 
Stylist will re-organise the contents of your closet in line with the vision discussed at the consulation. Your Stylist will analyse the items in your wardrobe and will expertly provide the following services:

• Re organise all clothing and accessories logically to neatly fit the dressing room space.

• Shortlist a generous selection of items you no longer need and can re purpose. This will be based on their condition, relevance or wearability. This creates space in your wardrobe and relieves the stress of getting ready.

• Identify missing items that could enrich your wardrobe and create a shopping list in the event of future bookings.

• Leave all bags, shoes and accessories clearly showcased ready to grab and go. Bespoke bag shaping pillows can be supplied on request.

• Highlight any duplicate purchase behaviour and seperate items for other homes.

Stage 3 : 
Leave you with images and video of your newly detoxed and beautifully refreshed wardrobe to help keep it in order long term. The space will be clear of clutter, easy to use and ready for next seasons shopping.

PRODUCT SOURCING

The Product Sourcing service benefits our busy clients by saving their precious time, safe in the knowledge that they will not miss the latest designer products or most coveted luxury items. Covering ready to wear, leather goods, accessories, watches and high jewelery we go to great lengths to secure the item you are looking for.

Our long standing, privileged relationships with luxury fashion houses gives us access to items that may never be presented on the shop floor. Our reputation and our industry contacts help us to pre reserve runway pieces, access limited edition product and to source product which may usually incur a waiting list. 

A sourcing fee of 10% of the items retail price plus VAT applies, with a minimum fee of £250.00 plus VAT.

THE LOOKBOOK

The Lookbook service enables our clients to better utilise and enjoy the items they already own. The Lookbook is a comprehensive digital catalogue (PDF format) depicting total outfits with innovative look ideas laid out per page. These looks are created from a photographic inventory of the items within your wardrobe.

This personalised Lookbook is a revelation when it comes to maximising your wardrobe, using all those items you have invested in and giving you confidence to express yourself through what you wear. By referring to your bespoke catalogue of looks you will save time getting ready and can focus on what is important to you. It will be such a versatile tool that can help you or your staff select outfits for the days or weeks ahead and is especially useful when preparing for trips away. We can also assist with packing by selecting and laying out the relevant items for specific trips or seasonal moves from home to home.

The Lookbook can cover as much of your wardrobe as you require. We have experience supplying them per household worldwide and will re distribute the right clothing to the right location during the process. Thus helping to alleviate the need to over pack.

For those with a specific need we can develop a shorter, more concise, Capsule Lookbook focusing on looks for business, events, vacations, weekend trips and so on.
